New guests will be greeted by the owner on Saturday check-in between 3:00 and 4:00PM for a tour of the cottage and property, and to answer any last-minute questions. Check-Out is the following Saturday by 11:00AM

Confirmation of reservation shall be granted on a first-come-first served basis and is subject to approval by the owner by receipt of rental agreement and receipt of $425.00 security deposit. The security deposit is refundable within 48 hours after check-out and property inspection.
Refunds will not be granted for power outages or unfavorable weather.
